Osinga Construction offers Design/Build services. While you may ultimately decide to work with an Architect, we suggest you contact us first to discuss your project and our ability to work with you in designing your project. A brief description of the initial process is listed below.

• Contact us to set up a meeting at the project location. Preliminary plans will be produced after this meeting for your review.
• Once the plans are approved, a detailed budget will be generated for you.
• You decide what happens next. You may want to proceed, abandon the project, or revise the scope of the work.
  
• If you decide to proceed, a cost plus agreement will be executed, permit ready plans produced, and application for permit submitted.
